Responsibilities / Main tasks
  • Customs declarations for the movement of goods to Switzerland and Great Britain
  • Ferry and toll bookings Great Britain and Benelux
  • Delivery bill and invoice receipt control
  • Preparation and provision of transport documents
  • Complaint processing of damages and missing parts 
  • Collaboration in process improvements and optimizations
  • General administrative tasks
Qualifications / Requirements
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship 
  • You have excellent German and good English skills and ideally French knowledge
  • You have good and secure MS Office skills  
  • You like to work independently and in a structured way
  • You are friendly, communicative and like to work in a team
  • As an organizational talent, you are characterized by your quick comprehension, flexibility and pragmatic solution orientation
  • You remain focused and resilient under time pressure

Together with currently 7 other dispatchers, you plan and coordinate a wide variety of logistics processes. We work in a manageable niche. We know each other and the cooperation works. The customers have a corresponding demand. We therefore take a lot of time to train you until you independently and on your own responsibility master a cross-national logistics system, coordinate the tours with the manufacturers' production and use our fleet of vehicles accordingly.
