Responsibilities / Main tasks

- Planning of production capacities
- Route planning in coordination with production
- Cost-optimized use of our vehicles
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information between driver, consignee
and manufacturer
- Customs clearance to Switzerland and also to Great Britain
- Planning and control of intermodal transports

Qualifications / Requirements

- Successfully completed training as a forwarding agent and
logistics service provider (m/f/d)
- Secure PC knowledge (MS Office); Excel indispensable
- Structured and careful way of working with a high quality standard
- Friendly appearance, distinct team orientation
- A high degree of initiative and communication skills
- As an organizational talent you are characterized by a quick grasp, flexibility and
pragmatic solution orientation
- You remain focused under pressure and stress
- Foreign language skills in English and/or another foreign language are required

Together with currently 7 other dispatchers, you plan and coordinate a wide variety of logistics processes. We work in a manageable niche. We know each other and the cooperation works. The customers have a corresponding demand. We therefore take a lot of time to train you until you independently and on your own responsibility master a cross-national logistics system, coordinate the tours with the manufacturers' production and use our fleet of vehicles accordingly.
